A MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS

My Dear Patients,

It has been a privilege to participate in your medical care and I feel truly blessed that you have extended your trust and confidence to me and my staff for your endocrine needs.

Through the pandemic it has been clear that we cannot provide the best care to others unless we take good care of ourselves. After much thought and prayer, I have decided to make some adjustments to my practice so that I can deliver the most responsive and thorough medical care to my patients.

Starting August 1, 2022, I will transition to my own medical office, Sol Endocrinology. Our office will utilize better technology, and be more efficient in providing superior medical care at times that are more convenient for patients. This system will also include a patient portal where you can see your own medical information to take an active role in your care.

For some patients, it may make sense for you to move your endocrine management to another endocrine provider in my current office or back to your primary care provider. We are happy to assist in sending records to your physician.

For anyone interested in learning more or joining the new practice, please email our Membership Coordinator or call us (469) 648-3636. We will walk you through the signup process and want to be readily accessible for the patients who truly need ongoing specialty endocrinology care.

Having been in practice now in the Dallas community for over 10 years, this marks a new and exciting chapter to start my own office. I am also now a solo mother with two young boys in Dallas, and so it is necessary that I remain in Dallas full time to be close to them. I hope that you will be able to join me but understand that this may not fit your situation. We are still finalizing details and working on the new processes. I hope that you will stay in touch through this transition so that we can continue to speak about what arrangement is best for YOU.

Thank you again for the trust you have extended to me and my staff to participate in your journey toward better wellness.

Sincerely,

Erin Roe, MD
